In-House Commercial Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply and purchase agreements, while liaising with stakeholders to develop management and mitigation strategies. Assist in the management of the company's property portfolio, offices, laboratories, and workshops alongside external advisors. Support investigations and assist in the good management of complaints and claims, both internally and with external counsel. Provide first line legal advice, support, and training to diverse business functions, offering practical interpretations of laws affecting SGS. Maintain compliance programmes, policies, and training initiatives. This role requires a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE, a full driving license, and the ability to carry a full caseload without close supervision. Located in Ellesmere Port, this permanent position offers 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
