In-house Commercial and Real Estate Counsel

Negotiate and draft real estate and commercial contracts, including partnerships, leasing, and asset acquisitions. Provide expert legal counsel to the business on commercial matters, structure corporate entities in new markets, and manage outside counsel spend. Collaborate cross-functionally to create policies and processes for deals while addressing litigation, employment, and intellectual property issues for the EMEA business. Support global operations by finding creative regulatory solutions and communicating directly with senior leadership. This role requires qualifying to practice in jurisdictions including the UK, US, and various European and Middle Eastern markets. Based onsite in our London office, five days a week.
