Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations in patient residences, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic services like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed while maintaining flexible travel schedules across licensed states, potentially requiring overnight stays. Utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow for each 45-minute appointment, focusing on one-on-one patient engagement without prescribing or altering existing treatment plans. Maintain active multi-state medical licenses to support coverage area requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to accommodate overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
