Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations with patients, performing medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Travel up to 100% of the time across a defined coverage area, which may include overnight stays and flights, while holding multiple state licenses as required. Perform virtual visits as needed and provide comprehensive diagnostic and preventive services. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens, maintaining a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to handle overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
