Job Summary
Conduct full-time in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, review medical histories, and facilitate referrals to appropriate care plans. Maintain active, unrestricted multi-state medical licenses to support travel and overnight stays required for local and regional coverage. Perform duties in diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens, while adhering to a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to accommodate overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
