Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across New Hampshire, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic services like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow for each assessment while connecting one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Travel up to 100% of the time within defined coverage areas, including overnight stays and flights as needed, and conduct virtual visits when required. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses in the coverage area and remain flexible to cover all counties in New Hampshire. This role offers a base pay of $145 per evaluation with additional incentives for completed diagnostic services.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within New Hampshire and flex to other areas of business need
- NH Coverage Market Areas include: Rockingham, Strafford, Belknap, Merrimack, Sullivan, Coos, Carroll, Grafton, Cheshire, Manchester and Hillsborough
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
