Job Summary
Conduct full-time in-home health evaluations across Maine, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to deliver preventive and diagnostic services while maintaining relationships with patients in their private residences. Travel up to 100% of the time within licensed states, with flexibility to cover all Maine counties and flex to other areas as business needs dictate. Perform virtual visits as needed and receive per-completion incentives for completed evaluations and additional diagnostic services.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Able to cover all counties within Maine and flex to other areas of business need
- Maine Coverage Markets include: Aroostook, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Waldo, Franklin, Oxford, Somerset, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Washington, Cumberland and York
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, up to 100% of the time
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
