Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed and utilize an iPad clinical workflow for each assessment. Travel locally and across defined coverage areas up to 100% of the time, which may involve overnight stays, car rentals, or flights. Hold and maintain active, unrestricted multi-state medical licenses required for the specified regions. Work full-time hours with a base compensation of $125 per evaluation, eligible for additional diagnostic service reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
