Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, performing medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Provide comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services including bone density screening while maintaining one-on-one connections with patients in their private residences. Fulfill specified role requirements across a defined coverage area, which may involve overnight stays, car rentals, or flights, and conduct virtual visits as needed. Hold active, unrestricted, and multi-state medical licenses to support flexible local and regional travel.
Required Qualifications

- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
