Job Summary
Conduct full-time in-home health evaluations across Massachusetts, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Travel up to 100% of the time within defined coverage areas, utilizing an iPad-based clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and provide comprehensive preventive services while maintaining flexible licensure for multiple states. Work in diverse home environments that may include pets or allergens, with a base pay of $145 per completed evaluation and eligibility for per-completion incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within Massachusetts and flex to other areas of business need

- Comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
