Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, performing medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Provide comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services to health plan members across a defined travel area, which may require overnight stays or flights. Perform virtual visits as needed while maintaining multi-state medical licenses. Work full-time hours with a 40-hour weekly schedule, traveling up to 100% of the time within licensed states. Visit private residences where household pets, smoke, or allergens may be present. Earn base pay per evaluation plus additional reimbursement for completed diagnostic and preventative services.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
