Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across New York State, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed while maintaining flexible travel schedules up to 100% of the time, which may require overnight stays and car rentals. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to deliver comprehensive, personalized care directly to patients' residences, adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within New York and flex to other areas of business need
- Full-time Physician
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, up to 100% of the time
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
