Job Summary
In-home Health Evaluations conducted by physicians visiting patients at home, traveling up to 100% across defined coverage areas. The role centers on performing 45-minute in-home visits including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and potential diagnostic tests; using an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow. Travel may involve overnight hotel stays and flights; candidate must hold active licenses and be able to obtain/maintain multi-state licensure. Primary workplace is the patient’s residence; visits require flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states. The position includes compensation details, benefits, and potential per-completion incentive pay; Virtual visits may be conducted as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area
- Able to cover all counties within New York and flex to other areas of business need
- Licensed in NY, ME, MA, RI, or CT (or able to obtain) and travel with overnight stays as required
