Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations across Nebraska, performing medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad clinical workflow. Travel up to 100% of the time within licensed states, utilizing overnight stays or flights as needed to reach coverage areas. Provide Diagnostic and Preventive Services products including bone density screening when ordered by the health plan. Maintain active, unrestricted multi-state medical licenses required for the role. Perform duties in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Must be available for overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
