Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, performing medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing medical history and answering health questions without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Travel up to 100% of the time across defined coverage areas, which may include overnight stays, car rentals, and flights, while maintaining active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states. Perform virtual visits as needed and provide comprehensive preventive services such as bone density screening. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens, ensuring safe patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
