Job Summary
In-home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full-Time) provides in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area, traveling up to 100% with potential overnight stays. Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry). Clinicians use an iPad and follow a clinical workflow; prescribing or altering current treatment is not required unless ordered by the health plan. Requires active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses, board certification, and ability to obtain multi-state licensure; travel within New York counties and potentially other areas as needed. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and incentive pay for in-home visits.
