Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, performing medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver services including bone density screening and connect one-on-one with patients to answer health questions. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain multi-state licenses to cover all counties within the assigned state. Travel locally and nationally up to 100% of the time, potentially requiring overnight stays or flights to fulfill coverage area requirements. Work full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
