Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across West Virginia and surrounding markets, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic services like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver preventive care while adhering to strict safety protocols in diverse residential environments. Travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays, to cover defined areas such as Beckley, Charleston, and Wheeling, with flexibility to obtain multi-state licenses as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
