Job Summary
In-Home Traveler NP or PA responsible for delivering in-home health evaluations across designated West Virginia counties and surrounding markets. Travel up to 100% with potential overnight accommodations; duties include conducting 45-minute visits, reviewing medication/history, performing physical evaluations, and providing diagnostic/screening services as ordered by health plans. Requires active clinical licenses, board certification, multi-state licensure ability, and flexibility to travel; work primarily in patients’ homes using a provided iPad and streamlined clinical workflow.

- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
