Job Summary
In-Home Traveler NP or PA to provide in-home health evaluations across designated WV coverage areas, traveling up to 100% of the time. Clinician will conduct 45-minute visits including medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic testing, using an iPad-based workflow. Role requires board-certified NP or PA with active, unrestricted licenses and ability to obtain/maintain multi-state licensure; travel to multiple counties and potentially overnight stays. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits; requires flexibility in travel and licensure across states.
