Job Summary
In-home Traveler role for NP or PA across New Hampshire coverage areas. Travel up to 100% to patient homes to conduct in-home health evaluations lasting ~45 minutes, including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation; diagnostic tests may be added if ordered by the health plan. Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering patients’ treatment. Sign-on bonus eligible. Requires active, unrestricted NP or PA licenses (multi-state licensure as needed) and board certification; primary residence in New Hampshire is requested. Full-time role with potential overnight stays, flights, and car rentals depending on coverage area; may involve local travel and virtual visits as needed. Counties in NH covered include Rockingham, Strafford, Belknap, Merrimack, Sullivan, Coos, Carroll, Grafton, Cheshire, Manchester, and Hillsborough.
