Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across Massachusetts and surrounding markets, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to deliver preventive and diagnostic services while connecting with patients in their private residences. Travel up to 100% of the time, potentially requiring overnight stays and flights, to cover all counties within the defined area. Perform virtual visits as needed and receive per-completion incentives for each evaluation. Maintain active, unrestricted multi-state licenses and board certification to fulfill role requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Primary residence in the state of MA
- Full-time employment
- Up to 100% travel time
- Overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
- Multiple state licenses
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within Massachusetts and flex to other areas of business need
