Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant traveling across Massachusetts, visiting members in their homes (up to 100% travel). Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication/history review and physical evaluation; may include additional diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan. Clinicians use an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow; they are not required to prescribe medications, order labs, or modify current treatments. Primary workplace is the member’s home, with potential overnight stays, hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights depending on coverage area. Requires active licenses, board certification, and ability to obtain/maintain multi-state licensure; travel to MA counties include Barnstable, Dukes, Nantucket, Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester. Full-time benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, CEU, 401K, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits; anticipated weekly hours around 40.
