Job Summary
In-home Traveler NP or PA delivering 45-minute in-home health evaluations to patients in Massachusetts, traveling up to 100% across defined coverage areas, with potential overnight stays. Role requires NP or PA with board certification, active unrestricted licenses, and ability to obtain multi-state licensure; primary work location is the patient’s home with visits conducted via an intuitive clinical workflow on an iPad. Sign-on bonus eligible; full-time hours (~40/week) with comprehensive benefits. Travel within MA and flex to other areas as business needs dictate; responsibilities include health history review, physical evaluation, and disease-specific assessments as ordered by the patient’s health plan; no prescribing required during visits. Counties in MA (e.g., Barnstable, Dukes, Nantucket, Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester) are included in coverage; network activation support available for licensure renewal/enrollment.
