Job Summary
In-home NP or PA traveling clinician responsible for in-home health evaluations across New York state, travel up to 100% with potential overnight stays. Provide 45-minute visits including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation, use an iPad-based clinical workflow, and avoid prescribing or altering current treatment. Must hold active, unrestricted licenses, board certification, and be able to obtain multi-state licensure as needed. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and per-completion incentive pay; requires flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states and to conduct virtual visits as needed.
