Job Summary
Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat a youth's behavioral needs. Deliver competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This role offers a summer schedule from Memorial Day through Labor Day, closing at 12:30pm on Fridays. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related CBHI approved program with at least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Bilingual opportunities are available, and applicants must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle access, and authorization to work in the U.S. Compensation ranges from $50 to $70 per hour for fee-for-service positions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
