Job Summary
In-Home Support / Job Coach position providing instruction and support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include developing person-centered plans, teaching job skills, ensuring client independence, and maintaining communication with clients and employers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of professional experience working with adults with physical disabilities, mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- General computer skills including productivity software and database management
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
