Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries, nerve, joint, and bone disorders to restore function and relieve pain. Travel to diverse home care settings, clinics, and doctor's offices while evaluating home environments to increase client independence. Develop and maintain individualized care progress records with accuracy, supervise physical therapy assistants, and educate clients and caregivers on prosthetic devices and durable medical equipment. Requires a licensed physical therapist with two years of experience, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Work four days Mon-Fri plus a weekend day. Required Qualifications
- Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment
- Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist
- Automobile liability insurance
- Current unrestricted driver's license
