Job Summary
Coordinate IHS services for PACE participants by scheduling daily assignments, organizing efficient driving routes, and adapting caregiver schedules to unanticipated changes based on IDT decisions. Attend daily interdisciplinary care team meetings to respond to identified needs and ensure services align with each participant's plan of care. Review and audit daily visits, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records while promoting positive relationships with participants, families, and staff. Report issues promptly with proposed solutions to management and ensure established policies are followed. Work an 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule with varying days and weekend availability, including an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- One year previous scheduling, administrative experience
- Prior use of electronic medical records system (EMR)
- Use of scheduling software
- Must be able to clear fingerprints through DOJ and FBI
- Must be able to clear drug screen clearance
