Job Summary
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are to address and resolve tech issues while prioritizing the customer first. Utilize expertise to provide understandable solutions regardless of the customer's tech knowledge, ensuring they leave with a resolution that works and a product addressing future needs. Leverage Asurion's growing range of products to offer tailored solutions by listening actively to identify customer needs and positioning products uniquely. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first. Work a varied 5-day evening schedule from 4:05pm to 9:00pm, with flexibility required based on business needs and market demand.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel up to 120 miles one-way
