Job Summary
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are to provide exceptional service, resolve tech issues, and offer tailored product solutions using the Serve, Solve, Sell model. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to listen actively, pivot smoothly, and make appropriate sales while ensuring customers leave with working resolutions. Work 5 evenings per week from 4:05pm to 8:00pm, traveling up to 120 miles one-way in a personal vehicle. Requires a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a personal cellphone. Earn a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement, and a phone stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have a personal cellphone to keep in the know while on the job
