Job Summary
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are to provide exceptional service, resolve tech issues, and offer tailored product solutions. Utilize the Serve, Solve, Sell approach by listening actively to identify needs, pivoting negotiations smoothly, and ensuring customers leave with working resolutions. Start with paid training to prepare for independent field work, supported by ongoing coaching and mentoring. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a maximum one-way travel distance of 120 miles. Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays
