Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales and tech support by meeting customers at their residences to address technical issues and sell products using the Serve, Solve, Sell model. Provide exceptional customer service throughout interactions, listen actively to identify needs, and offer tailored solutions with strong negotiation skills. Work a part-time schedule of five evenings weekly from 4:05pm to 9:00pm, traveling up to 120 miles one-way to neighborhoods surrounding your inventory warehouse. Complete paid training to work independently in the field while earning a base hourly rate plus commission, mileage reimbursement, and a phone stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel up to 120 miles one-way
- Must be able to work a varied 5-day week schedule
- Must be able to work during evening hours (4:05pm to 9:00pm)
