In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

In-Home Sales & Tech Support role (Full-Time) requiring daily travel to customer residences in the Boston area. Entry-level, with paid training, and a focus on Serve, Solve, Sell: serve customers in-home or nearby, solve tech issues with clear explanations, and sell Asurion products. Includes preparation for field independence, coaching, and opportunities to build skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Schedule is 5 days per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel up to ~120 miles one-way; You’ll use a base hourly rate of $25.60 plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commissions. A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience, proof of car insurance (excluding Manhattan), a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles), and access to a cellphone are required. Training is provided and the role is non-remote and field-based in the Boston area.
