Job Summary
In-Home Sales & Tech Support role requiring daily travel to customer residences (not remote) with a local schedule and paid training. Responsibilities include meeting customers in-home or nearby, diagnosing and addressing tech issues, and selling Asurion products through a Serve, Solve, Sell approach. The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coaching support, and a sales-focused, customer-first mindset. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and uncapped commissions; travel up to about 120 miles one-way and a varied 5-day schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Proof of valid car insurance
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Ability to provide proof of insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
