Job Summary
In-Home Sales & Tech Support role focusing on the Serve, Solve, Sell approach. You’ll meet customers in-home or at nearby locations, provide hands-on tech support, and leverage selling skills to meet sales targets. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, a personal vehicle and valid insurance, and travel to customer residences within a ~120 mile radius. Expect a varied 5-day schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll use strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service, resolve tech issues, and offer Asurion product solutions while building experience in sales and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (at least 1 year driving experience)
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan)
- A personal cellphone
- Willingness to travel daily to customer residences (up to ~120 miles one-way)
- Availability to work a 5-day week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
