Job Summary
In-Home Sales & Tech Support role at Asurion combines frontline customer service with hands-on sales and technical support in customers’ residences. You’ll be trained, travel locally within a ~120 mile radius, meet customers in-home or on-site, address tech issues, and leverage negotiation and communication skills to tailor product solutions while achieving sales targets through the Serve, Solve, SellTM approach. The position offers an hourly base rate with uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and paid training, with a schedule designed around evenings, weekends, and holidays.
