Job Summary
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are to execute the Serve, Solve, Sell approach. Utilize expertise to address and resolve tech issues while providing understandable solutions regardless of customer knowledge. Leverage Asurion's product range to offer tailored solutions by listening actively to identify needs and positioning products uniquely. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first. Earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance alongside a base hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and phone stipend. Work a varied 5-day week schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexibility based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel up to 120 miles one-way
