Job Summary
In-Home Sales Specialist responsible for traveling to customers' homes to assess their needs and provide tailored door/window/window-treatment solutions. You will present product options, address questions, guide customers toward informed decisions, manage appointments, follow up on leads, meet targets, and build lasting client relationships. The role involves collaborating with contractors and installers to ensure accurate quotes and seamless project execution. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- pass MVR check per company standards
- A salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or municipality
- 2+ years of experience in face-to-face or commission-based sales
