Job Summary
In-Home Sales Specialist at Lowe's offering a base salary with uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include traveling to customers' homes for consultations, evaluating needs, presenting product options for windows, doors, and fencing, guiding customers to informed decisions, managing appointments, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with contractors/installers to ensure accurate quotes and seamless project execution. Training is provided; opportunities for career advancement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass an MVR check, and state-specific salesperson licensure if required. Positions located in Mustang, OK and Lawton, OK with in-person sales visits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass an MVR check per company standards
- Obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state/municipality
- Applicable states and locations include CT, DC, WI, MI, NY (Suffolk County), and MD
- Minimum 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales or commission-based sales
- Experience with CRM platforms or systems (preferred)
- Experience using tablets or similar technology for sales processes (preferred)
- Schedule flexibility: Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to travel to customers’ homes for consultations
- Provide personalized solutions and close sales
