Job Summary
Outside, in-home sales role meeting with pre-qualified homeowners in Boise/Nampa area to design bath solutions, deliver our sales presentation, provide pricing, and confidently close sales. You’ll leverage an iPad and company software, attend ongoing weekly sales training, build rapport with homeowners, and guide customers through the design and purchasing process to deliver high-quality baths. The position emphasizes independent work, a customer-focused approach, and a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential; pre-qualified leads are provided and ongoing training is available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Residence local to the Boise area
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus
