Fulfill all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business, supported by pre-set, pre-qualified appointments and no cold-calling requirements. Attend one-time training in Madison, WI, and maintain self-motivation to meet and exceed goals while working evening and Saturday appointments. Earn uncapped commissions with base salary and performance bonuses, joining a team of trusted home renovation experts across the Midwest.
