In-Home Sales Representative

Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily, inspect homes, and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors. Present financing options and close high-ticket sales while building lasting customer relationships. Participate in ongoing sales training and deliver in-home presentations to pre-qualified homeowners. This full-time role offers average first-year earnings of $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, along with weekend availability for a hybrid schedule in Delaware.
