Job Summary
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath solutions and guide them through the sales process. Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system, design personalized bath solutions, build rapport, present pricing, and close sales with a commission-based, uncapped income structure. Participate in weekly training to enhance sales and presentation skills. Must have reliable transportation and reside locally in the Beaumont, TX area. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required; home remodeling or related industry experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with high earning potential and provided lead generation.
