Design tailored solutions with company software, explain product features and financing options, and close sales effectively. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals, while attending weekly sales training and development sessions. Requires reliable transportation and ability to travel locally. Commission-based earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually with uncapped potential.
