Job Summary
Outside sales role: in-home design-and-sell bath remodeling solutions to pre-qualified homeowners in the Boise/Eagle area. Deliver proprietary presentations using an iPad, design customized bath solutions with software, provide pricing, and close sales to achieve a 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Includes ongoing training and pre-qualified leads; flexible schedule and independent work style. Requires strong communication and customer-facing skills, reliability, and self-motivation to build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience
- Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
