Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative role focused on meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design bath solutions and guide them through the purchasing process. You will deliver an iPad-based proprietary sales presentation, participate in ongoing weekly sales training, design customized bath solutions using our software, provide accurate pricing, and close sales while building rapport and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with a customer-focused approach. Pre-qualified leads are provided; typical earnings are commission-based up to $150K with a local Boise-area residence requirement.
