In-Home Sales Representative (Base + Uncapped Commission!)

In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary contact to guide customers through the West Shore Home sales method, using warm, pre-set leads to close sales during a one-call close process. The role involves following a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri; Tue–Fri with alternate Saturdays), attending weekly trainings and team meetings, and avoiding cold-calling. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to connect with diverse customers, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with using a smartphone for company systems. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is encouraged.
