Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative (Design Consultant) at 50Floor drives customer satisfaction through expert in-home flooring guidance, financing facilitation, and closing deals from a pre-qualified lead pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting in-home showroom experiences within an ~85 mile radius, recommending flooring solutions, assisting with financing options, collecting payments on executed contracts, delivering strong customer service, collaborating with Market/Branch Leadership, achieving territory sales targets, and participating in monthly product trainings and sales meetings. The role is 100% commission-based with benefits, comprehensive product training, extensive advertising support, and no cold calling or door-to-door sales. Pre-qualified leads and a robust marketing engine support the sales process. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
