Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative (Design Consultant) selling flooring solutions via in-home showroom experiences within an ~85 mile radius. Provide expert product recommendations, facilitate third-party financing options, collect payments on executed contracts, and deliver outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory. Enjoy pre-qualified leads with no cold calling or door-to-door sales, receive comprehensive product training, and operate on a 100% commission-based structure with benefits as a statutory non-employee. The role requires reliable automobile insurance, the ability to travel to customers’ homes, and availability 8 am–8 pm on weekdays with some Saturdays. Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership, participate in monthly meetings, and benefit from extensive advertising support to drive closing ratios in the 40%–55% range.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
